Instructor Course

The educational objective of this program is to provide training to those licensed individuals who have the desire and passion to teach! The student is trained in the basic knowledge and skills necessary to pass the state written examination. The course covers various topics, such as: Components of Lesson Plans, Teaching Methods & Aids, and Theory Teaching and Classroom Management. Its a very rewarding and noble profession. The total length of this course, as required by The New Mexico State Board of Barbers & Cosmetologist is 1000 Clock Hours. Refresher Course

Callas Beauty Institute recognizes that due to the fast-paced industry, one may need to attend a refresher course. This program allows an individual that has completed the required program hours for Cosmetology, Esthetiology, or Manicuring to regain the speed and agility necessary to re-enter the workplace and to also learn the latest trends and styles! This course also prepares you to re-take the state licensing exam. The duration of this program is 250 Hours with a total cost of $1680, plus tax. Course supplies & textbooks are addition cost.
